This Cabernet Franc was aged 20 months in French oak barrels, 25% new oak. It is a beautiful deep plum color. Lovely aromatics of ripe blueberries, lavender and allspice segue to flavors of blackberries, dark chocolate and dried herbs. This is a finely balanced wine with rich velvety tannins.
