This viognier was aged 6 months in neutral French oak barrels which balances out the vibrant floral and fruit notes. Light golden in color with aromas of honeysuckle and nectarines. Bright acidity with a creamy texture and flavors of apricot and tangerine. This wine has a rich lingering finish and pairs great with spicy food such as Chicken Tagine.
