Our Late Harvest Viognier is from the P and J Vineyard located in the heart of Santa Ynez Valley. The grapes were left on the vine until late November to ripen to perfection. This sweet wine was barrel fermented using only native yeasts, which brought out the bright, vibrant flavors of the sunlight captured in each of the golden berries, reminiscent of honey and apricots. Pair with Honey & Walnut Panna Cotta.
