Kærskov Vineyard is a high-density vineyard planted by Ryan Carr in 2014 and located in the Los Olivos District AVA. The grapes were hand harvested and then gently pressed. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel capturing the brightest characteristics this fruit has to offer and aged for 5 months. The wine has a soft nose with notes of honeysuckle and papaya that are highlighted by a full round palate of citrus and tropical fruit flavors. The long crisp finish will make you want another glass.
