This Sauvignon Blanc was grown in the heart of the Los Olivos District at Coquelicot & Big Pond Vineyards. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel and only aged for 5 months to keep the flavors vibrant and bright. This Sauvignon Blanc is crisp, elegant and fresh. A brilliant nose of lemon grass is accompanied by aromas of cantaloupe, grapefruit, and hints of tropical fruit that ease you into a round mid-palate of citrus and soft florals. The wine finishes with lifting acidity and a long finish that will linger. A perfect pairing with crab, oysters, or light fish.
