This Sauvignon Blanc was grown in the heart of the Los Olivos District at Coquelicot vineyard. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel and only aged for 5 months to keep the flavors vibrant and bright. A brilliant crisp nose is accompanied by aromas of lemongrass and pineapple that ease you into a round mid palate of cirtus and soft florals. The wine finishes with lifting acidity and a long finish that will linger. A perfect pairing with crab, oyster, or a nice light fish.
