The Lyons Vineyard is a 6 acre vineyard planted in the Los Olivos District of Santa Barbara County. It is an Ultra-High-Density vineyard planted 5'x3'. This tight spacing creates a competition between the vines that produces very small berries with dark skins. We age the wine to perfection for 18 months in French oak barrels. The first sip is fruit forward with a hint of spice followed by an intense structure and body.
