This Pinot Noir was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 15% new oak. This is a rich and complex wine with aromas of blackberries, dusty spice, mushrooms and clove. Lusciously round and full-bodied.  Pair with Smoky Ham with Red Pepper Jelly.
