This Sauvignon Blanc is from Roblar Vineyard in the Los Olivos District of the Santa Ynez Valley. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel. This is a classic Santa Barbara County Sauvignon Blanc with exhilarating aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit and fresh cut grass. Clean and crisp on the palate, with tangerine and a touch of minerality.
