This Pinot Noir was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. A delightful nose with aromas of cherry cola, vanilla, black tea and boysenberry. Elegant concentration throughout with nice acidity and a long finish. A great food wine that is truly beautiful. Pair with slow roast pork tenderloin and mushroom risotto.
