This Late Harvest Viognier is from the Quail Valley Vineyard located in the heart of Santa Ynez Valley. The grapes were left on the vine until late November to ripen to a golden perfection. This sweet wine was barrel fermented using only native yeasts which brought out the bright, vibrant flavors of the sunlight captured in each of the golden berries. Pair with Apple Pie.
