Derived from the northern most vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills, this single clone Pinot Noir has a lovely balance of bright fruit and organic earth. This wine opens with hints of anise and baked plums, continuing with cassis berry and woody cedar. This wine finishes slowly with full flavors of elderberry jam and a touch of cherry. Pair with Cranberry, Bacon, and Gorgonzola Puff Pizza.
