This Pinot Noir is a blend of two vineyards located in Gypsy Canyon in Sta. Rita Hills. The canyon is nestled in the northern hill of the appellation where the soil is a sandy loam sprinkled with shale and limestone. The cool, coastal breeze keeps these vineyards nice and cool in the summer. This allows for a longer ripening time creating a deep ruby color, dark flavors and an unforgettable structure.
