This Sauvignon Blanc was grown in the heart of the Los Olivos District at Coquelicot Vineyard. The wine was cold fermented in stainless steel and then aged for five months. Notes of lemon bar and key lime create a tropical and refreshing mid palate that is accented by a crisp and zingy finish.
