The grapes for this Chardonnay comes from two vineyards: La Presa Vineyard and Los Alamos Vineyard.  The fruit is fermented and aged in 50% stainless steel and 50% French oak barrels. This wine is crisp and lush with aromas of caramel apples, lemon zest, pear, and honeysuckle. A delicate mid-palate of citrus, floral and honey notes are followed by a hint of toasted oak spice. It is a delicious white wine offering a balanced structure and a creamy long finish.
