The Texture is a red wine blend made of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon grown at Sky's The Limit vineyard in the Happy Canyon AVA and 20% Syrah grown at Kaerskov vineyard in the Los Olivos District. The grapes were picked, crushed, and co-fermented together and then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. The co-fermentation of these two grapes creates a wine with unbridled body and flavor. The fruit hits your palate with a punch of deep plum and blackberry, followed by sage spice that coats your mouth. The tannins draw in slow and soft adding to the long finish to this big red.
