The grapes for this wine come from the Santa Ynez Valley where the soils are rocky and the wines produce small berries. We have selected the best four barrels from the 2018 vintage to make this Reserve. The wine was aged for 36 months in French oak barrels before bottling. It is smooth with aromas of roasted pepper, blueberries and spiced dark chocolate with a juicy mouthfeel that is followed by a firm, round finish and spice.
