This Pinot Noir was made entirely from the Pommard clone creating a robust and full-bodied wine with a delicate bouquet.  As this wine has aged over the years the wine has remained wonderfully balanced with a lot of fruit.  The nose has elegant carmelized notes with hints of earth and mushrooms.  The palate is delicate and smooth with great fruit flavors with a silky smooth finish.  Pair with Roast Salmon.
