This Pinot Noir was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. As the wine opens up notes of nutmeg, cloves, raspberry, mushrooms and spice fill the glass. A lean, earthy wine with balanced acidity followed by a dusty, smooth finish. Pair with Roast Pork.
