This Pinot Noir was aged 12 months in French oak barrels, 20% new oak. The 2007 vintage is a medium-bodied wine with elegant complexity. Luscious aromas of caramel, butterscotch, strawberries, and red currants are followed by rich tannins, silky textures and a spicy long finish.
