This expressive Sangiovese is made up of a blend of two small vineyards located in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley: Vandale Vineyard & Fiore Vineyard. This wine opens with a pleasant concentration of aromas ranging from blackberries to chai spice. Great tannin structure and flavors of deep cherry and an earthy mid-palate. Pair with Creamy Carbonara.
