The 2011 Carr Cabernet Franc starts off with layers of black cherry, raspberry and blueberry unfolding on your palate followed by flavors of tobacco and earth. The wine has a slow spicy finish. The wine is ready now but with firm tannins this wine is one that will just keep getting better with age. Pair with Steak Pizza with Gorgonzola and Balsamic Reduction.
