Made from the four best barrels of the 2014 vintage, this Cabernet Franc was aged for 32 months in French oak. Poblano pepper eminates from the nose, followed by flavors of baked black cherries and cracked white pepper that balance out its soft tannic finish. Pair with Chicken Thighs with Rosemary Mushroom Cream Sauce.
