This Chardonnay is sourced from the Yard Vineyard and Mormann Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills. Fermented in new oak and then aged in neutral oak, this winemaking process creates a dynamic and unique Chardonnay that encompasses several different flavor profiles. This wine leads with aromas of soft caramel and notes of crisp green apple. These flavors carry through the midpalate, finishing with zesty citrus and vanilla.
