This Pinot Gris is from Sierra Madre Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley. It was cold fermented in stainless steel and aged five months. Notes of tropical fruit intermingle with aromas of pear, lemon zest, and green apple. A pleasant minerality follows through the wine ending with a luscious, crisp, citrus finish.
