This Pinot Noir was made with 100% whole clusters. The grapes were delicately hand rolled with the stems left on allowing the vibrant and naturally present flavors to be gently extracted from the heart of the grapes. This luxurious Pinot Noir is complex, full bodied and delicious. Aromas of baked blackberry and cranberry leap from the glass. The body is rich, with notes of red plum, cherry and baking spices. The finish is lean, with soft acidity, vanilla and a granite minerality.
