Kaerskov Vineyard was planted in 2014 in the Los Olivos District of Santa Barbara County. It is a high-density vineyard planted at 6' x 3'. This type of farming creates competition between the vines increasing the quality and intensity of the flavors in the fruit. The wine was aged 20 months in French oak barrels and has aromas of dark plum followed by flavors of fresh earth and tobacco.
