This Chardonnay comes from the Sta. Rita Hills of Santa Barbara County. The golden juice was slowly fermented in new French oak barrels and then aged 18 months in neutral French oak barrels.  This added just the right overtones of oak and rounded out the wine.  Waves of toasted caramel and honey will fill your glass followed by a smooth, citrus finish.
