Kærskov Vineyard is a high-density vineyard planted by Ryan Carr in 2014 and located in the Los Olivos District AVA. This is the second harvest of Viognier from this site. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel to capture the bright fruit, and floral characteristics this Viognier has to offer. The wine has a soft nose with notes of honeysuckle and papaya that are highlighted by a full round palate of citrus and tropical fruit flavors. The long crisp finish will make you want another glass.
