The grapes for this Chardonnay comes from two vineyards: La Presa Vineyard in Santa Ynez Valley and Hine Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills.  The fruit is fermented in 50% stainless steel and 50% French oak barrels and then aged for 8 months in 80% neutral French oak barrels and 20% stainless steel, yielding a light yellow hue. Delicate aromas of crisp lemon, toasted oak, and citrus unfold as notes of white peach, melon and tropical fruit bring layers of flavor to this delicious white wine.
