This Chardonnay comes from Hine Vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills of Santa Barbara County. The golden juice was slowly fermented in new French oak barrels and then aged 18 months in neutral French oak barrels. Through this processes, the wine gained just the right overtones of oak and beautifully rounded out. Waves of toasted caramel and honey will fill your glass on the nose, followed by a smooth, citrus finish on the palate.
